Plantpress represented ECHO during a very important event – the inaugural conference of the Polish Hub for Soils – a platform for cooperation of all interested parties for whom it is important to preserve soil health. Implementation of the objectives of the Mission: Soil Deal for Europe by 2030 at the country level, implementation of European projects and participation in many initiatives, such as the European Soil Partnership aimed at sustainable soil management, require the exchange of knowledge and information as well as discussions between various groups recipients, including farmers, agricultural advisors, scientists, state and local administration, politicians, planners, non-governmental organizations and industry representatives.

Nearly 100 organizations in Poland are already interested in the project. The conference was organized as part of the EJP Soil program.

There was also an opportunity to talk about cooperation with the NBSOIL project coordinated by Polish Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation (IUNG).
