Advancing Soil Literacy – workshop

When it comes to learning about soil, there is no such thing as too much!
Last week, ECHO representatives: Tanja Mimmo and Margherita Caggiano took part in the ADVANCING SOIL LITERACY workshop, organised by the EU Soil Observatory with the assistance of the European Soil Awareness Network and Mission Soil.
It was very interesting to learn how the EU Soil Strategy and Mission Soil can really drive a soil literacy revolution, taking soil knowledge and citizen engagement to a new level.
The meeting was a great opportunity to share and explore best practices from different perspectives and target stakeholders. Surely this new knowledge will be useful for us in implementing ECHO.
